I can not ping interface (addition address.)

i have 2 addition address.

58.137.xx.xx1  and 58.137.xx.xx2

step for add addition address.

1.
interface :A
address:58.137.xx.xx1
sub netmask: /28 255.255.255.240

2.
interface :A
address:58.137.xx.xx2
sub netmask: /28 255.255.255.240

i can ping 58.137.xx.xx1
but can not ping 58.137.xx.xx2


if tracert .. 58.137.xx.xx1  end at 12 hops
but 58.137.xx.xx2 not end at 30 hops (after 12 have * to 30)


what is it wrong?
