MultiPath Rules and Schedule

Good day

I was reading and followed the suggestion of this :

Im not to sure if i can add to it or if I should open a new thread regarding where Multi-Path rules can be adjusted on a schedule or time of day e.g. services routed on the 2nd Interface get routed over both or the first Interface after business hours?
