All reports stop at midnight ?

Hi,

My Astaro usually ticks along without much attention needed, I looked at the reports today and they all only go back to midnight, even though the system has been continuously up for over 30 days ? 
Looking at the executive reports (which I should pay more attention to !) it seems to have started doing this around the time of the upgrade to 9.106017  which I did 05/10/2013.

I have the log setting set to delete after 90 days, and all the report settings at 3 months , I don't think i have changed these for a year or two.
I have loads of disc space in fact the log disc say 0% of 31.8 gb weird ?
Its a Esxi 5.1 Vm Home User system with 1.6gb memory allocated, this never goes over 50% utilisation.

I have tried a reboot but still the same.

Its not causing me any problems at the moment but I would like to get my reports back again.
Any one any ideas or pointers as to to where I should start looking ?
