I hate to post here, preferred to find the answer myself but I can't figure it out after looking around here.
I installed a third NIC (eth2) into my PC and I have configured a DHCP server for it, etc. I can attached my tablet and laptop to this second network that I call "guest" as I intend it to be a separate network for visitors. (See JPG for config information and see PNG for FW rules related to the guest network.)
I am getting blocked on ports 80 and 443 (among others). Below are two examples generated when I try to browse google.com.
What am I missing? What is the "Default Drop" and fwrule="60002"?
