PPPoE Connection not working after a while

Hi all.

It happens now for the 3rd time. After approx. 28-30 days my PPPoE stopped working. To solve this problem only a reboot of UTM works. When this problem happened a manually login from a Windows PC worked. So it's a UTM problem.

UTM Version 9.106-17

Here is the PPPoE log:

Is there a possiblity to restart only the PPPoE process?

Thank you.

  • Hi. Please PM me with UTM version if you're willing to install a test RPM to address your PPPoE issues. If the RPM helps, we may include a fix in one of our next releases. Since I cannot reproduce your issues, I need your help here.
  • I've got a customer with the same issue. The log says exactly the same. But the issue occurs almost every day.  Could the RPM solve it?
He is running the latest version 9.109001 on his UTM 120
