IPv6 SixXS Tunnel Broker

I've been using this tunnel broker for awhile now and it has been working great.
After applying update 9.106-17 though, this has broken. I'm getting the following in the logs: 

2013:10:15-11:12:14 asg aiccu[9106]: AICCU running as PID 9106

2013:10:15-11:12:14 asg aiccu[9106]: Couldn't resolve host tic.sixxs.net, service 3874

2013:10:15-11:12:19 asg radvd[9414]: version 1.9.2 started

2013:10:15-11:12:19 asg radvd[9417]: sendmsg: Operation not permitted

2013:10:15-11:12:40 asg aiccu[9106]: TIC Server is currently not available

2013:10:15-11:12:40 asg aiccu[9106]: Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting

2013:10:15-11:12:54 asg aiccu[9549]: AICCU running as PID 9549

2013:10:15-11:13:04 asg aiccu[9549]: TIC Server is currently not available 


All tests from the UTM show it is able to resolve tic.sixxs.net and I've have verified the service and my account are in working order from another machine.
I didn't see anything in the release notes about any specific changes to IPv6 support and was wondering if anyone had any insight?

    Hi and welcome aboard,
    my sixxs tunnel is working fine with 9.106-17. Check that you have allowed ping on your UTM.
    That is a DNS issue, make sure you have your ISP IPv4 forwarders in the DNS setup.

    Ping is still allowed.
    I agree it looks like a DNS issue but DNS is setup the same as before and tests run show it can resolve the hostname.

    This morning I am able to get the tunnel up and connected but oddly still has the same error:

    I wonder if it tried to start the tunnel before DNS was ready and then cached the failed result and once it expired from the cache, started working?
