Allow access on multiple UTMs

Hello guys!

How do you give access to someone manage the UTMs?
I mean, imagine 10 customers with 1 UTM each. The support guy access and manage them through dyndns account in allowed networks (there is a network group with two dyndns accounts)
Then we hire this new guy which is gonna manage and we need to give him access to them.
I opened a ticket at Astaro Support and they told me this cant be done using ACC. So, do you guys access each one of these UTMs and add this new dyndns account to the network group?

    You mean you are supporting 10 different UTM's of your customers and you hire someone new who also has to support those UTM's?
    Why would SUM (formerly ACC) not work? I think you can give the new guy access to SUM and from SUM you can manage the UTM's.
    If you really need access to the UTM's webadmin pages (not sure if this is allowed through SUM when the originating IP only has access to SUM and not to the UTM's webadmin), you could use a Remote SSL account, however you will need to add this account to every single UTM.

    Hi,
    I have read your post a couple of times and don't quite follow what yor problem is?

    I manage 3 UTMs from my SUM without any issue. Two of the UTMs are on dynamic addresses. If the a link fails the UTM takes a couple of minutes to update the SUM. My SUM is behind a UTM with a DYDNS managed address.
