No data is available for this report

Hello,

Does any one know what might cause my Web Protection Statistics to only display "No data is available for this report" when it used to display the Top sites by time spent, Top sites by traffic, etc. ?

I'm running a UTM 9 with firmware version 9.105-9.

This just recently started.
My Log Settings are "delete logs after one year"
My Reporting Settings has Web Protection selected with 6 months retention.
I'm seeing the information in my daily executive report's Network Usage: TOP10 Clients, TOP10 Servers, etc.

FYI - a reboot of the UTM9 restored the display of my Web Protection Stats.

This can caused by an IPS update, that shut down the syslog service.
After reboot of this service, or reboot of the UTM, this service works great again.

We have this issue on 2 UTM cluster, last mounth.
Sophos are working on this.
