[9.106-17][BUG]email usage reporting

we weren't going to use mail then we did and I forgot to tick the mail report box.

Box has been ticked for two reporting periods, no mail reported in the summary or details page, but shows up in the applications page. Using host relay function for both utm and user traffic.
The mail messages do show in the smtp log. Also the utm treats the host relay differently for utm reporting to the smtp for users.

I will try a UTM restart to see if that triggers the reporting function.

  • Hi Bob,
    this is the work UTM, running a 10 user licence.
    The relay.x.x for the daily reports talks to the same exchange server as the smtp proxy does, both use the same definition within the UTM for the exchange server.
    Before I can much more testing I have to wait for the application developers to correct the email sending address, wrong collating sequence causing invalid characters in mail names.
