Helping troubleshoot a UTM that users are saying Internet traffic is dead slow.
Speed tests show 0.35MBit's download, yet looking at the External WAN interface on the Dashboard it is showing 6Mbit's. Looking at Flow Monitor the numbers don't add up.
I've attached screenshots.
Already had the person reboot the DSL modem, but nothing changed. So now I'm having them call the ISP to see if something is wrong with the line.
