Flow Monitor In Not Correlating

Helping troubleshoot a UTM that users are saying Internet traffic is dead slow.  

Speed tests show 0.35MBit's download, yet looking at the External WAN interface on the Dashboard it is showing 6Mbit's.  Looking at Flow Monitor the numbers don't add up.

I've attached screenshots.

Already had the person reboot the DSL modem, but nothing changed.  So now I'm having them call the ISP to see if something is wrong with the line.

    Hi, try running 'iftop eth1' on the shell/console.

    Well I figured out the issue.  I had to setup QoS on the Student/Guest network. 

    Basically I get a call saying Internet is dead slow and my ping times once I VPNed in where average about 1200ms.  Was finally able to get in and basically once I stopped the interfaces and SSID's for the Student/Guest networks, pings went back to normal and everything worked fine.

    Man were the students pissed, but I told them I'd setup QoS and only give them 2Mbit of the pipe until the new Internet connection goes in.
