Two clients can't connect to SSID on one AP

I hope this is the right forum for this issue.

I've got 8 AP50's spread among two buildings.  A number of networks are available on all the APs.

I have two users whose laptops can't connect through two of the APs to any of the available networks.  They connect in one part of the building, move to another area, and cannot connect to the APs there.  They see their SSIDs and signal strength is good.  Other clients go seamlessly from one AP to the other throughout both buildings.

One thing about the tricky APs is that they are in spots where they're exposed to about 20 SSID's from a neighboring apartment complex.  The signal from our AP50's is much stronger, but the others do show up among available networks.

This is only affecting two clients (that I know of) out of more than 70.  One is a fairly recent Dell XPS and the other an HP not more than a couple of years old.  Both run Windows 7 Pro (SP1).

Any suggestions would be gratefully welcomed.

Thanks,

Steve
