Flow Monitor Understanding

Hello Team,

I'm using ASG525 H/A Ver. - 8.309.

Now once i click on the dashboard => Interface => In/Out traffic tab.

Then I'm getting the traffic in the new tab , all ok.

But read in the Sophos UTM administration guide that it shows the traaffic of the last 10 min , but when i see the flow that it shows the traffic in the GB.

How can a total traffic can reach in GB in 10 min.

Or I'm getting this thing wrong. So the data whown in the flow monitor is how much old ??

What is the best way to monitor the traffic other than the "iftop"
