Web Usage Report hangs

When creating a Web Usage Report (UTM525/1.509/HA) the output (report direction) hangs and offers me to wait 30s more. IOf i say yes, Every information says: Pleas wait, loading...

What can I do?

  • Mike, that sounds like it might be a browser problem.  Close all browser windows, open one, clear the local cache and try again.  If that doesn't work, try a reboot of the UTM.  Any luck?

  • Hi, I've frequently seen reporting timeouts on slower firewall hardware, such as my Atom when there's a lot of traffic to report on.

    You can keep waiting, and/or try the same report later.

    The only real fix I know of is faster hardware (faster disk and/or CPU, maybe more RAM).

    The nightly/weekly/monthly reports work fine though.
