No email notifications after new internet provider.

Hello,

saturday 14-09 I switched from one internet provider to new one with a new ip-address.

Now I don't get email notifications. I didn't change anything on the UTM and I don't have and use a smtp server.

I want to check the UTM for the mail-logs, but I don't know where to look.
I want to send testmails, but I don't know how to do that (now I just change settings for a test mail).

Is it possible that the mail server doesn't mail after the ip-address change?

Looking forward for some hints.

    I did some extra research and indeed its on the providers website: only use their smtp-server to forward emails.
    I'm getting the notifications again but on a different email now.

    I would be curious to see the "View" on the 'SMTP Spool' tab of one of the messages to do-not-reply@fw-notify.net.

    There are two places for a smarthost.  One is for the notifications as TheDrew said above.  The other is at the bottom of the 'Advanced' tab in 'Email Protection'.

    I checked the mentioned parts of the utm and some screenshots.

    On one smarthost I didn't fill in my settings.

    Notifications are mailed to me when I use an external smtp server (my internet provider). I disabled the SMTP proxy, because I don't have a mailserver at home.

    In the Live Log: SMTP proxy I still get the following messages and I don't know how to stop them.

    There should be a config file for this behaviour but I didn't find it yet.

    Yes, you either had to complete the Smarthost definition in SMTP or disable the Proxy as you did.
