Bug? Application reporting.

On one of our UTM devices I see this:

(Under web protection summary).

Whilst under reporting - Application control, top apps I see this:

Why does Spotify not appear? Indeed, no matter what I change in the reporting I cannot seem to find Spotify.

I suspect Spotify is being mis-categorized somewhere? (ie its not actually Spotify?)

    Hi ,

    You probably can not find it because it passes through the proxy and not through the application control.
    Try to check the configuration to understand why the application control does not take care of it.
    If there is no rule for it in the application control , you won't see it in the application control reports.

    None of the other protocols are rules/listed in Application Control, yet they appear in the report?  (And Spotify is listed and is blocked!)

    I think this is an issue with the application identifier 
    My pptp traffic that is dnat-ed through the utm gets identified as spotify!
    But if I disable the pptp mutliprotocol help in the advanced tab of the firewall settings the the traffic is identified correctly
    So try disabling that and see if u get spotify identified
    (Already have a bug raised with sophos in this
