SNMP trap I am getting

I am getting tons of these on my SNMP server, what does it mean and how do I fix it? I thought it was in regards to webserver protection but I turned it off and get the same thing

Do you have SNMP traps enabled on your UTM?

Yes I sure do, that's why I am seeing it on a SNMP monitoring server

I should be more specific, the SNMP trap says "IP service HTTP is down"

And the port is port 80 on the WAN interface

It looks like the service is going up and down. I just checked it again and it was running, 30 seconds later it was down
