User Portal Settings

Hello,

i have a Sophos UTM 9.1 with the latest patches installed.
The License is a Home use license.

My Problem is, that i can not change the Port for the User Portal or the Register Card Settings in the advanced Settings.

At all the Points the apply button is not visible.
I know i cannot change the Greeting text but the Port and the Register Cards should be changeable in the Hoe Use License.

  • Change the WebAdmin language to english (I suppose you are using german?), then the button should reappear.

    It is known that these buttons sometimes diappear if you use a non-english language.

    You can change back to your language afterwards.

  • It would be interesting to know if clearing the browser cache also solves your issue.  Does the button then appear in German?

  • When i put back the language settings to german the buttons are visible.
    I have it also tested with a complete new installed pc and the buttons are not visible
    when the language is set to german. When i change the language settings to english and than back to german the buttons are visible
