Setting second WAN without loadbalancing

Hello,

Summary:
I'm using an an ASG120

One external WAN interface configured with PPPOE
I add a second external WAN interface also with PPPOE

If i enable load balancing : OK i can access to my FW from both wan interfaces.
If i disable it : i can only access from my first WAN acces (because of default gateway )

My need : manage my FW from my secondary WAN interface.

Lan traffic will only outgoing by my WAN 1.

What i tried: policy routing
route type : interface route
source interface : WAN interface 2
source network: any
service : any
destination WAN interface 2 (address)
target interface : Wan interface 1

What do i need to add to make this working ?
