Routing issue, I think..

Lets say my 
internet is on eth0,
my wired lan is on eth1(10.10.50.1), 
my wireless is on eth2(10.10.150.1).

I can access cameras across eth1 and eth2, I can remote desktop across eth1 and eth2, but I cannot access network drives or shared drives across eth1 and eth2.
Furthermore, my wireless devices cannot contact windows 2012 essentials(eth1)  from the wireless(eth2).  I need to plug into the wired lan (eth1) for any access or backups.

I've spent hours on this and I cant figure it out.
It's probably something simple that I am missing.
