Root Shell Access

I had root shell access working using SSH. For some reason, it stopped working and I can't get it working again. I was using pagent and putty. I have a private / public key pair and I can't get utm to import the public key. If I use import and paste the key, utm says there is no key, which is strange, because the same key used to work. Has something changed? Just wondering, why doesn't utm allow you to import a file containing the public key?

    In my customers that are on 9.101 and 9.102, I have no problem with my existing RSA keys.  If you're still having this problem, please show us pictures demonstrating what you're doing and the error you see.

    I thought I'd take another look at this since possibly something changed with the latest upgrade. I still can't get it working.

    I have a private / public key pair that I made with puttygen. Previously I was able to get the public key into utm by pasting the text into the import dialog. Now, when I do that, it says the following values can't be imported [text of public key] there is nothing to import.

    Like I said before, I was able to get this working previously, but now I can't import the key. I also tried pasting it into the "+" dialog, but that also fails.

    Any suggestions?

    Have you opened the priv key in puttygen and copy the pub key from there? The format is a bit different than from a saved pub key file.

    Format from pub-key saved to file from puttygen does not work - load it in puttygen first.

    That's it!! What I don't get is why did it work before? I didn't copy the public key from puttygen the first time I tried this. Very strange.
