WAF: how to analyze web logs?

Hi forum,
I recently switched on the Web Application Firewall, and I'm quite happy for the moment with how things work now.
But I'm having problems analyzing the logs.
Previously, I used Webalizer, but it's having problems interpreting the log files - I tried Squid format, but it's not recognized.
Is there any way to have it recognize the files? Maybe they can be easily converted into something that is accepted.
