BOOTPC Bandwidth Usage

My Daily Executive Report reports that I have a top 10 client (10.131.0.1) using between 1-2 MB a day of traffic per day.
Looking at the Logging and Reporting -> Network Usage -> Bandwidth Usage tab, it reports that 10.131.0.1 is using a service BOOTPC and all traffic is flowing OUT.
My network scheme is the typical 192.168.1.1/24 scheme. I am perplexed as to why I would have a 10.131.0.1 on the client report.

Hi, I'm not sure why it's shown that way, but I do not believe it's on your LAN.

Maybe someone else can explain why it's shown as outbound.
