BOOTPC Bandwidth Usage

My Daily Executive Report reports that I have a top 10 client (10.131.0.1) using between 1-2 MB a day of traffic per day.
Looking at the Logging and Reporting -> Network Usage -> Bandwidth Usage tab, it reports that 10.131.0.1 is using a service BOOTPC and all traffic is flowing OUT.
My network scheme is the typical 192.168.1.1/24 scheme. I am perplexed as to why I would have a 10.131.0.1 on the client report.

    Thank you for your help. I agree it is the cable equipment.
    What I do not understand is, the report is reporting data going OUT. Which I believe would mean that my Internal NIC is sending these packets to my network. My cable equipment (cable modem) is on my external NIC so how is it getting through the firewall?
