Cannot customize dashboard

I just upgraded from version 8 to 9.101. If I want to customize the dashboard an error message comes up: "Can't assign same shortcut to multiple draggable-overlays"
Cannot change anything in the settings windows.
Anyone familiar with this?

Try Firefox. Any luck with that?

I have tried it with all different kinds of browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE). Everytime I get the same error message.
