Reporting -- web protection

Hi

when i select "Sites" in "available reports" under web protection reporting i see a column "duration", is this the total time spend by a user or group of users on a website.
moreover i tested by visiting a website etc.com and was on the website for 10 seconds and logged out from astaro web session, i checked the web protection log and noticed that the log showed 1.08 in duration.
is this normal or something wrong ?

    Hi newagesys, 

    This time you see in the reports is the total amount of time of active connections to that site. 
    Imagine you visit google.com and page loads in 1 second. After that second, all connections are closed regardless of how long you stay on google. 
    Now you visit google.com a second time. The total amount of time will increase to two seconds. 

    You can verify that with streaming radio, listen to radio for some time, then have a look at the report, it will reflect that time you listened to radio as this is an active connection.

    i must be maximun on that website for 5 minutes and its showing 37 minutes

    Hi, most web analytics / accounting systems assume that a single page view is a session of at least several minutes (varies by system).

    Also, if you visit another page within a certain amount of time, then the 'session' is extended.

    i visited the site only once and max of 5 minutes
    but it shows 37+ minutes
    so something is wrong the reporting
