Webadmin not responding on bridged Interface BR0 (Internal LAN)

I have the following BR0 setup.
ETH0 (UTM120) which is the Internal LAN
RED13 (RED10) which is a RED

I bridged these Interfaces together as BR0 because I don't wanted to mess around with PIM-SM etc. and I needed Broadcasts for EIB Electro Systems on the RED end.

In v8.309 I have this working for over a year now perfectly.
All works and also the Webadmin.

Now I made a backup the ASG 120 Rev. 4 with v8.309 and recovered this back on a UTM 120 Rev. 5 with 9.1.

Now the problem is, that I can't access the Webadmin.
I can ping the IP 192.168.153.254 ok, but in the Webbrowser nothing is responding.

Now when I login to the console the Interface ETH0 is up I see BR0 with the IP 192.168.153.254 I can ping outside to WAN etc. but I can't access the Webadmin.

When I delete the Bridge and have ETH0 running seperate again the Webadmin works perfect again. Back on BR0 there is no Webadmin anymore.

Can some reproduce that or help me.

This is driving me crazy for 2 days now.

Back on an 8.309 the bridged Setup runs perfect again.
This makes no sense. I have no idea.

Hi ,

Did you tried latest up2date from today ? 9.101-12

When upgrading version the RED need to upgrade its firmware , that's can take few minutes.
In 9.100-16 there was a bug that in some cases the RED firmware upgrade has entered a timeout and stopped the upgrade.
It is solved in the release today.
Without upgrade the RED wont work.
I am not sure this is your case but worth a try.

Hi gilipeled,
thank you for your help.

My Problem is not the RED, I am connected in the internal Lan, my problem is the Webinterface.

But as you said, the RED Update is very important.

I can't see any update from today in my UTMs.
I checked 4 different ones and 9.100-16 is the current one, even if I check for Up2Date manually.

Any ideas?

Download it from the UP2date manually.

There were some fixes related to interfaces too in this release.
