DHCP and Dynamic Updates

Just curious if the DHCP feature on a UTM is able to dynamically register PTR records with AD integrated DNS that supports secure and non-secure updates?

If you configure static hosts in the UTM and you set the name there, and you're using the UTM for DNS, then those names should resolve to the IP addresses. But I don't think the UTM will update DNS on other servers, that'd be a neat feature request though.

Also, FYI, I think that's a feature of 9.1 that I mentioned, if you're on 9.006 or below you'll need to upgrade.

Yeah.. we use Windows DNS but Astaro DHCP.. would be nice if 9.1 included DDNS!
