I currently have two ISP connections..
one sadly I have to double NAT to get the most out of it.
VDSL2 based 50/10 connection.
I am limited to the modem type I can use because of the Stinger OSLAM i'm connected to.
I was having a difficult time trying to get the UTM box to use PPPoE to the Sagemcom in bridge mode. It wouldn't work at all, and the Sagemcom would revert to doing the PPPOE itself.
There's also the issue that I can't get the full 50/10 speed when the Sagemcom isn't in router mode.
My other connect is Cable based, and this one works fine but running at 28/1.
So as you can see, I want to use the 50/10 connection over the 28/1. This was easy enough to configure with using 100 and 0 weights on the uplink balancing section.
what I want to do is to force a rule for the Sophos up2date feature to use the cable line.. As you can guess, with the double NAT on the 50/10 this feature doesn't work and I cannot get any updates or have the UTM box send out emails on anything that happens.
It works fine when it's using the Cable 28/1 connection.
so is there a way I can force up2date/sophos to always use the cable line?
