I'm having trouble making sense of the web usage reports. I haven't had to run them for a while, and the data that is generated in my case is rather misleading.
Goal: Generate a top users by domain report, filter for youtube.com
Logging and Reporting > Web Protection > Web Usage Reporting > New custom report
Available Reports: Users
Top 10 / Last week / All Departments
Add Filter: Domain = youtube.com

This shows 10 users with traffic to youtube.com.
The first user shows 13 GB / 5.84% / 19:28:26 Duration / 1792 Pages / 59188 Requests.
This suggests to me that this user has spent 19:28 hours browsing youtube...
However, when I click on the user name, a new window shows up with what appears to be usage for the account. Now I see a table for sites as follows:
windowsupdate.com / 13 GB
verisign.com / 23 MB
canoe.ca / 22 MB
etc...
Youtube.com doesn't even show up on the list anymore!
Can anyone help me make sense of the reports?
