[9.005-16] High CPU usage

Hello there,

i see in the process-list the entry:
root        38 40.7  0.0      0     0 ?        S    Mar18 8735:23  \_ [migration/11]

What is this process needed for?
We're using a INTEL XEON Quadcore with 8GB of ram. Webfilter/Dual-AV/IPs/AppCtrl etc. are active, but i think 40% of cpu-power is a lot...

How to handle/deal with?
