User Portal Advanced Settings

Today I wanted to set up a user portal in my testing environment.
I switched on the user portal in "global settings" and it told me that I have to use another port than 443 because it is used for accessing a web application.

So I tried to switch it to 1024 but at the "advanced settings" tab there is no button to save the settings like it is on all the oter sites.

Is this a general bug [:S] ?

Hi,

1) UTM 9.005-16.

2) testet with Firefox 19.0.2 and MS Internet Explorer 9 on MS Windows 7 as well as with MS Internet Explorer 10 on MS Server 2008 R2

Hi, Simon,

The button is there on my customers' 9.005-16 installs. You might try a reboot. If that doesn't work, try a backup/restore. If that doesn't work, you might need to reload.

Hit the apply button after changing the port.

I did read it. Sorry for the vague reply but there is no save button. There is however an apply button. If you do not see one and tried it from a few different computers then I would say something is missing via the back end. You may need to re image then restore your backup. So what did you end up doing?

Thats exactly what I did.
Made a backup, did a fresh installation and restored the backup. Everything is working now.
