LohIn ASG 220 not possible

Hi there,

i have a ASG 220 with an active Web Application Firewall (port 443). I accidentally activates the user portal which runs also under port 443 - damn.
Now it s not possible to log in via web admin interface which is running on port 4444. So, is it possible to deactivate the user portal via ssh?

thanks a lot

  • I haven't heard of that causing a block of port 4444 - are you sure?

If you can get to a command line, use the cc command to change the port for the portal to 2443

    root # cc
    portal
    port$
    =2443
    exit

    Any luck?

    Cheers - Bob
