utm 9 crashes

i have a client, upgraded from version 7 to 9. When the web filtering is on, the utm crashes every day.

internet conenction failes, BUT vpn tunnels are and stay connected... So internet connection is OK

only sollution is to restart, because the web interface and ssl connection are not responding anymore

When i check the log when it happens after the restart i have the following

seems that the webfiltering is loosing dns lookups and crashes because of that

    It looks like you're losing the Internet connection.  I bet the VPN tunnels just haven't timed out yet before the restart.

    Do you see a message "Internet uplink is down" in the Middleware log before the "Network is unreachable" messages in the Web Filtering log?

    hi bob,no i don't see the internet connection dropping. The vpn tunnels are also NOT dropping. They stay active the whole time. The only thing that doesn't work is internet over the proxy. If i disable the proxy on client machine, everything is working. So the problem is really the webfiltering, but i don't know where...
