snmp and Nagios

I'm kind of new to snmp, and I was hoping someone could share a line from their Nagios configuration to get me started.

I've been walking the MIB for UTM 9.004 for a few days now, and I can't figure out how to tell Nagios to monitor an event from UTM.

Anything would be a help to get me started. For example, from the MIB, I see this alert exists:

CRIT-025 NOTIFICATION-TYPE
    STATUS current
    DESCRIPTION
          "License usage: EXCEEDING 100% OF USER COUNT on Sophos UTM"
::= { crit 025 }

But what is the OID for that?  When I run snmpwalk, I see tons of stats, but nothing about alerts.
