DNS timeout

Hi,

we have a Sophos UTM 425 with Firmware 9.004-34.

When doing a nslookup Home  I will allways get one or two timeouts.

Internal Network is allowed for DNS Requests.
DNS is forwared to ISP DNS and Google DNS (8.8.8.8)

How to fix this?

    I call it Rule #1:

    Whenever something seems strange, always check the Intrusion Prevention and Firewall logs.



    In this case, you might also look at the DNS Live Log when you try the nslookup.

    If that doesn't give you a clue, I don't "see" what you have.  Please look at DNS Best Practice and say where you differ from that.
