Showing a weird connection

In the nightly reporting email the last two nights I have seen something that shows anonymous as a IP address any idea what this might be?

I don't have hp devices or network printers

I have a hp switch on my network. Just curious would like more input and light on this issue.

i downloaded some scan drivers there
