Web Protection Reporting

Happy Friday everone!

I have cruised this board for a couple of days trying different fixes.  Many work for a short time, then the problem comes back:

When I open Web Protection, or look at Top Sites By Traffic on the Dashboard, they are blank.  I can go in and fiddle around with 

The Web Protection Stat's will show me the top application and top categories, but there is no data below it.  I can go into Logging and Reporting, drill down to Web Protection, and refresh the "Web Usage Report" but there is no data.  If it is working one day, I can see data for that day. 

I have re-initailzed the database and a few other tricks out there.  Disk space good, CPU/Mem utilization fine and low....sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  Global Web Filtering is on Standard mode with no authentication and I'm not caching anything.

Thoughts?  Thanks in advance for any direction.

    when you say Global Web Filtering is on Standard mode the users have configured the proxy in their browsers ?

    Please remember always to state the exact version when you start a thread - 9.004-34?

    When you open the Web Filtering Live Log, do you see the traffic you expect?  If not, you likely are allowing access via a Firewall rule created by the wizard during the initial install.  That's why Olsi asked the question he did.

    Hi,

    i am having a similar problem with Parsoli. currently i am running 9.004-34 firmware. the issue also happening when running 9.004-33 firmware. everything used to be working fine, not quite sure what is happening.

    All other logs and reporting, including web filtering rules/blocking are working OK, except for web filtering reporting. When checking on live-log, it only shows traffic that are blocked and not showing the traffics that are passed through. i have also check if there is any exception for logging and reporting for web filtering but there is no exception defined there.

    can anyone help me shed some light on this matter? Thanks.

    Standard or Transparent mode?  Is 'Log Accessed pages' selected on the 'Advanced' tab?

    thank you for your help. the filtering is Standard Mode and as for Log accessed page, that was not ticked earlier. i have re-ticked this back and that seems to have fixed the logging of all the sites accesed now. tried to refresh/run today's report, still no result.

    Reporting is not updated immediately.  Has information begun to appear by now?
