3G USB modem just stopped working

Hello,

I just stated my home gateway and I cannot connect to the Internet via my 3G modem.

Under PPP daemon log I get, 

2013:01:03-21:29:52 UTM9 pppd[10444]: pppd 2.4.6 started by root, uid 0

2013:01:03-21:29:52 UTM9 pppd[10444]: Can't read pid from lock file /var/lock/LCK..ttyUSB0

2013:01:03-21:29:52 UTM9 pppd[10444]: Exit.


I can’t find the file /var/lock/LCK..ttyUSB0 when I ssh into the server.

Someone please assist

    Sorry for the late reply. Thanks GMF, the file is located at 
     /var/sec/chroot-ppp/var/lock


    All I had to do was delete the file and the connection went back up again.
