Realtime reporting not working anymore

I have à problem That the 'open livelog' is not working at all for all modules.
Restarting the box doesn't solve this.
For example when I want to view the VPN live log but the window keeps blank.

Tried To view it from ie and safari browser.
Any help is appreciated. 

The problem is even stranger,
When I go to logging and reporting ,and select view log files, all log files are 0bytes.

    This is strange.  I wonder if a setting didn't get changed in the upgrade to V9.  What happens if you disable logging and then re-enable it?
