Just stopped Logging - v8.306

Hi,

Restarted Astaro yesterday for a CPU and Memory upgrade - its a VM - as it was running a little slow and now it has come back fine and users are passing though just as they would, but NOTHING is logging any more

ulogd is running and loging and reporting is all switched on in the GUI.

I'm at a loss, this also happened with our old ver7 VM and I just ignored it as we were going onto ver8 but now its happened again I'm more inclined to investigate rather than throw more money at ver9

Any ideas on where to look?

seems like database issue. Could you please open a ticket for sophos to have a look at the database and possible re initialize it?

In all the years of using Astaro I've never opened a ticket! Can you give me a pointer on where to do this - or do I go via my vendor?

If you have Standard Support, you have to open a case through your vendor. If you have Premium Support, you can either use your vendor (many of our customers do this with us), or you do have the option of starting a case via Phone or via the portal at http://my.astaro.com ...
