ACC-Agent Fluttering

I have one ASG (8.307) that is not showing up in my ACC (3.002).  The status on the ASG under ACC Health always seems to show "starting '/usr/sbin/acc-agent.plx'".

The Device Agent log seems to indicate the ACC-Agent is just constantly restarting:
