Vlan Help request

Sophos UTM 9 
This is my first time creating A Vlan and would like some help
I want to create the vlan using IP Address 172.16.20.0/24
split it up into 4 Subnets using Subnet Bits /26

172.16.20.0-255.255.255.192
172.16.20.64-255.255.255.192
172.16.20.128-255.255.255.192
172.16.20.192-255.255.255.192

Under Create new interface do I leave the Type as Ethernet Standard and use 172.16.20.0/24 to create the New interface and then create the vlans on the 172.16.20.0/24 interface, 

Or

Do i Change the Type to Ethernet Vlan and start creating the Vlans 
Vlan5   172.16.20.0-255.255.255.192
Vlan7   172.16.20.64-255.255.255.192
Vlan9   172.16.20.128-255.255.255.192
Vlan12  172.16.20.192-255.255.255.192
