What does this mean

I have been watching my DNS logs over the last couple of days, and every once in awhile I will get tons of these messages going to different IP's

network unreachable resolving 'passthrough6.fw-notify.net/A/IN': 202.12.27.33#53
lame server resolving '51.219.85.209.dsn.rfc-ignorant.org' (in 'dsn.rfc-ignorant.org'?): 127.0.0.1#53 

What does this mean? Name resolution seems to be working fine

    Hi, it means something (probably the mail proxy) was trying to do a reverse DNS lookup, and the remote DNS server was unreachable. Probably spammer-related.

    You can ignore it unless it's happening to ALL of your DNS queries.

    It looks like it doing it to all of my queries, including those to astaro
