webadmin doesn´t working

I have a customer with Astaro instaled and working fine. But he can´t enter at webadmin. The browser just can´t find it using the https://ipaddress:4444

Do you guys know if there´s some command line to view if he changed the 4444 port, or any other idea?

Look on the console (connect up a monitor if needed)... it will list the URL needed to contact the device there.
