One Host with multiple IPs

this is not an interface.
It is a host (single server with several IP's)

UTM-Help says:

DNS group: Similar to DNS host, but can cope with multiple RRs (Resource Records) in DNS for a single hostname. It is useful for defining firewall rules and exceptions in transparent proxies.

I decided to use this:

Network group: A container that includes a list of other network definitions. You can use them to bundle networks and hosts for better readability of your configuration. Once you have selected Network Group, the Members box appears where you can add the group members.

but you have to build every single ip like Host before

Yes.
I don't see any other way to do this at this time.
Maybe the definition "Host" should be allowed to have several IP's ??

in fact is another way to write the IP's not like host but like "Static Entries" in DNS service you provide in your UTM [:)]

You can either create Host Definitions, and a Network Group,
OR
You can create a Network Definition that fits... e.g. if the IPs were 192.168.0.8 - .11, then you could use 192.168.0.8/30
I believe UTM v9 allows entering a RANGE of IPs, so you could do that also.
