Continued Requirement to Log In

Hey guys, Im on a proxy controlled by Astaro, and every time I try to browse the internet, Of course, it asks me to agree to the T&C and log in, HOWEVER, usually less than a minute later, usually because sometimes it takes a tad longer, others its a tad faster, but it always happens, it asks me to agree and log in again, It continues to do this no matter how many times i log in. It makes it impossible to stream a video such as a YouTube clip, and just standard web browsing it such a pain, I would like to know if this is a known problem, or if there's anything you can tell me from the little information i have provided ^^"

    Yep thats the point UTM will never ask authentication for that IP
    If you do an Exception for Logging too there will no be more logs for that IP

    if you want the authentication, but simple and easy for users 
    activate Agent Authentication and download the agent that start with windows
