Continued Requirement to Log In

Hey guys, Im on a proxy controlled by Astaro, and every time I try to browse the internet, Of course, it asks me to agree to the T&C and log in, HOWEVER, usually less than a minute later, usually because sometimes it takes a tad longer, others its a tad faster, but it always happens, it asks me to agree and log in again, It continues to do this no matter how many times i log in. It makes it impossible to stream a video such as a YouTube clip, and just standard web browsing it such a pain, I would like to know if this is a known problem, or if there's anything you can tell me from the little information i have provided ^^"

    you can skip authentication for desired users or IP in Excetiption..
    or you can increase the Authentication timeout under Advanced tab
    in Webfiltering


    Just one more question, when you say skip the authentication, Does that mean I wont be logged?
    Or if the exception is IP based, would it work in that it remembers my IP, across the multi AP wifi network, and logs according to the IP the same as if i were to log in ?
