Remote ASG not connecting to ACC

First post as quite new to Astaro. I have an ACC working in head office and can manage local UTMs with no issue. Problem is, I cannot get any remote UTMs to connect in.

ON the remote UTM, I simply put the WAN IP address in for the ACC host for the Central management console
On the Head Office, under Device Security (Gateway Manager) I set the device access control to Any.
Finally I created a DNAT rule on the Head Office UTM to point any external request via port 4433 to go to my ACC (192.168.2.200). My NAT rule is,

For traffic from - ANY
Using service - TCP Port 4433
Going to - UTM WAN Port IP Address
Change Dest to - ACC IP Address
Ticked Automatic Firewall Rule

On the Firewall log I see the request coming in but no action seems to be taken.

I suspect this has come up before bt can't find it anywhere. Any help much appreciated.
