DHCP Not issuing Leases in HA cluster-cluster on VMWare

Hi All
I'm getting any dhcp leases issued if I look into the Dhcp log I see the Below.
With about evey minute it looks like it is in a continual loop.
I have got the occasional email saying that the Dhcp system has been restarted.

Any thoughts

    Hey Mark,

    It looks like 1 is the Master and 2 is the Slave.  DHCP works fine on 1, but shouldn't be running on 2.  Have you tried rebooting 2?

    PS It's a little confusing to the rest of us when you name the cluster "Master" as that's a term with specific meaning.

    As this is my first experiment with HA.
    Can you recommend a Best practice or General use Naming convention for naming these.
    As you may have guessed I called one Master and then next one Slave.

    Ah 
    In the above copy from Dhcp log file I had called the Host name Master, So why Master-1 and Master-2.
    I found that if I shutdown the Slave and Restarted the DHCP server on the Master That It would issue DHCP leases. I then brought up Slave and it is currently still syncing.
    Log file looks better though. (Host name changed to fmaster. I couldn't think of anything inspired at the time).

    I'd say always use a hostname that is an FQDN that resolves in public DNS to the primary public IP on your External interface, even if that's a DynDNS address like netmark.dyndns.org.  If you don't, then you are stuck with mucking around with the SMTP Proxy, VPNs and certificates.
