Cannot ping specific devices on 1 subnet

ASG220 V8.3. This is strange. From my primary pc subnet 10.x.x.x I can ping only pc devices on my security subnet 192.x.x.x. I cannot ping the cameras. From the Astaro tools, I can ping all of the cameras, so they are responding. In Network Security/Firewall I have allowed all traffic between the 2 subnets and since I can ping the video server and control workstation that seems to be working. But no access to the cameras. Ping traffic is not logged in the Firewall live log, where would I look to find out what is happening?

    Oh thanks. The security company had left the GW at the default .1 address which is not what was used for the ASG interface. Once I went to the management workstation on the security subnet and set the camera GW correctly I could see them from any subnet. Now the managers can view cameras from whatever subnet their pc is own.
